Katrina Relief Trip - 2006 

     The worst natural disaster in our country hit the Gulf Coast on Aug. 28-29, 2005 in the form of Hurricane Katrina.  Our church had some ministry groups and community groups make 90 trips to the Gulf Coast for relief efforts.  In Nov. 2005 our biker group started planning a trip to Ocean Springs, MS for relief.  We were able to completely sheetrock a home for the Gray family (a home that earlier Crossroads teams had gutted, rewired and insulated).   

The first day, after arriving and checking in at the church, we just toured the area, looking at the devastation.  

After touring the first day, time to get to work.    

After a photo op with our appreciative homeowner, Mrs. Gray, we headed home for Atlanta.
